I have 2 questions if someone could help me out? I have built my son a fort it has a wooden joists on a slab sub base and was wondering what is the best material for the floor. I purchased what I thought was marine ply but a year on the floor has become spongy! With a wooden floor do I need a plastic membrane between the joists and flooring?
2nd question. I am building a corner seating area in the garden and wanted to know the best wood to use for the seating part, any suggestions would be helpful.
