Best Internal Insulation for Concrete Roof to Avoid Loosing too Much Height?

Post by Down2school » Tue Oct 07, 2014 8:19 pm

We have an old school with a converted toilet block whose ceiling we wish to insulate. The present insulation is polystyrene tiles; we want to fit a beaded T&G ceiling, and would like advice about the best replacement for the polystyrene, before covering with the T&G. We want the finished result to reduce the height of the ceiling as little as possible.

We have been considering Thermawrap Multilayer insulation; any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks.
