Blending out 25cm driveway slope

Hi. I am reprofiling my drive to provide a flat area for gate opening. That creates a 25cm 'step' which I need to blend out over the next few metres. What distance is sensible to blend out 25cm on a driveway? Many thanks.

Hi farmergiles,
If you have a low slung sports car you should grade the step over 2+ metres.
