I could do with some help.
I think i have a blocked outside soil pipe from my bathroom.
2 days ago when i flushed the toilet, my bath filled up, and when the bath drained the toilet filled back up. The water didn't drain, so i tried plunging to no avail. I ended up scooping the water out.
At the time my shower and sink both drained fine. However the next day they wouldnt drained.
This has led me to think that somewhere at the bottom of the soil stack is blocked. The bottom of the soil stack has a cement collar on.
I'm not sure whats best to do in this situation.
Would a drain auger be the best option?
Be greatful for any advice.
