Boiler leaking hot water/pinprick hole in weld/pressure buil

Oil fired boiler, for the second time, leaking hot water through pinprick hole in weld. Closed system, 25 L pressure vessel kept at one bar.
Manufacturers says, "you broken my boiler!" What do I do?

Ask them how on earth they think you managed to do such a thing! Invite them to be more realistic.
