BOXING IN CENTRAL HEATING

BOXING in HOT WATER pipes.......does a contractor working on social housing refurb have to box in the hot water pipes for the new central heating system, im thinking mostly of were they run along the skirts,Im thinking of small children burning themselves, I really really kneed to find out if this is a requirement if you dont know would anyone know were i could start to look!!!!!!!!!!

It really depends on what the landlord is paying them to do. Have a word with your landlord.
