Brown Water in Toilet in Ensuite Where all Wastes run Through the Same Macerator Drainage and wastage systems and plumbing help, advice and answers

I have an ensuite with the toilet, sink and shower waste all going through one macerator. Recently, the water in the toilet keeps turning brown. When flushed the water is clear again but a few hours later its brown again. Any ideas?
