Bubbles on new vinyl installed in bathroom

Post by AndUhl » Thu May 27, 2021 11:10 am

Hello. I had a new vinyl installed in the bathroom about a month and a half ago. Has been ok but last week bubbles suddenly appeared in the area next to the door threshold (pls see attached photo). There are no bubbles in any other area.

Having googled the issue, some results say bubbles on vinyl is because moist air got under the vinyl, but I'm not sure if it's the same in my case.

Appreciate any feedback and tips on how to treat it.

Thanks

Hi anduhi
Looks like the door threshold is moving relative to the vinyl pulling the vinyl sideways. Call the installer back.
