:? Does anyone know if there are minimum room sizes (floor area/volume) under which a room is classed as non-habitable? If so, what are they?

Rooms sizes depnd on your local council environmental health department. Some councils require 10sqm for a living room and 7sqm for a bedroom, but give them a call and they will help.
