Hi everyone, this is my first post. Interested to see if this is a useful spot.
I've had to refit my washing machine motor which must have flown off mid spin because its snapped one of the 4 screws that was holding it into place.
The problem I have is that the remaining tip of the screw is still lodged deep inside the threaded hole and I need to get that out to secure the motor back in place
Any ideas on how to remove this tiny piece of stress?
FYI: It is practically flush with the entry into the hole so I can't pinch at it or screw it through the other side as I can't get any purchase
Hi kieran89, Use a thing called an easy out. Spray the remaining bit with lubricant, drill a hole down the centre and extract the bit using the easy out. Regards S
