Hiya

I am about to move from my current property and would like to take my light fittings with me.
It's an old house and the wiring is about 12 years old ie black/red wiring.
Am I allowed to swap the light fittings for basic ceiling roses myself.
If so do I need to get the ceiling roses checked and obtain a certificate.
