System works fine heating and hot water ok but overflow pipe to outside constantly running hot water when system is running some evidence of rust/sludge from this outflow
Is this a boiler problem that i can get fixed under boiler maintenance insurance or do i need to call in an independent plumber?
Would appreciate any advice thanks :
