Do the radiators heat up ?

Are the bleed points on the radiators blocked ? put a sheet on the floor to protect carpet etc, and get an old cloth. Take the bleed nipple out of the radiator and insert a pin, beware if it was blocked you may get wet so you have to be quick.

It could be airlocked, or there could be a blockage in the cold supply to the central heating side of the system.
