Change of planning permission?

by Faysusiegirl » Mon May 26, 2008 4:28 pm

Hi

We have approval for a two storey extension, but wondered if we changed out mind and wanted to go only one storey, would we have to resubmit new drawings or could we do just one storey ????[/b]

You must tell your planning authority that you want to change it and let them guide you as to what to do next.

Hope, ust build your ground floor. You have materially commenced the works so you can come back in 10 years time and complete the first floor if you require.

Last year 64% of the questions asked in our forum were answered within our DIY project pages at www.diydoctor.org.uk/projects.htm The project pages are now separated alphabetically and your answers are accompanied by diagrams and the ability to see, and buy, the tools and/or required to complete your project. Use our search box to look for your answer and save a great deal of time and money!
