changing a switch to an outlet with muitiple wires

Please Help!!!!! I am changing a single switch to an outlet. there is 1 red and 1 black wire connected to the switch with a ground as well. In the box there are muitiple white wires capped together as well as multiple blacks capped together with the black to the switch. What wires do I connect to the outlet and on what terminals?????

Hi, this is a UK site so US standards different.
we cannot mix power outlets with lighting circuits, white(Neutrals) & black(Lives) not used here on single phase supplies, try repost on US site for correct answer,
