Hi, I'm a total noob when it comes to anything plumbing related hence the question. 1 in every 10 times our toilet doesn't stop running and looking in the cistern I can see that water is running through the overflow. I have read that this can be caused by a worn or dirty washer in the flow valve. My question is, how do you get to it as it seems everything is connected to itself! Attached photo for reference. Many thanks in advance
