i am having a baxi solo central heating system.its having a cold water tank in the attic.water in the tank gets boiled and falling on to the attic. what should i do

First turn down temp on boiler, if this does not work then plummer as you will most likely need replacement parts fitting and these need to be fitted by someone who knows what they are doing.
