Cold water pressure

by LES EATON » Mon Jul 07, 2008 2:24 pm

I have just installed an outside tap, and I am amazed how much this has affected the cold water pressure around the house, even with the tap turned off. It must have reduced the pressure by about 50% everywhere (kitchen, downstairs WC, bathroom).
Is there anything I can do to restore it to something like it was before.

Hi Les,
I am presuming you turned of the mains tap to install your outside tap?
I would guess that when you turned the mains back on you perhaps did not fully open the mains tap or the it has developed a fault and may need replacing,
