Column Radiator Which way up?

by Gus » Sat Jan 05, 2008 11:02 am

Hi,

I've just bought a new Classic style vertical column radiator and I'm not sure which way up it goes, one end I can see all the way through I assume that this is the top the other end on one side there is some kind of diaphragm and only goes in a couple of inches, what do I put here a logical guess would tell me the flow but I'm not sure. Any help would be much appreciated.

thanks,

Gus.

It turns out the diaphragm is called a baffle and is used for directing the flow of water so I'm guessing it goes on the flow side.
