The clicking is the high voltage ignition sparking, as it eventually lights the gas supply must be there so only realy 2 fault options,
1) pilot gas flow low, or more likely,
2) HT lead displaced/trapped in casing and sparking away from gas inlet so needs build up of gas to ignite!!
If not Ignition then you need a Corgi man to check gas,

Many thanks. It is a Worcester 9.24 Electronic. When I look through the pilot light glass there is no pilot light. No flame. Is this usual?

Combi not igniting

If I need a new combi can anyone give me an idea of how much a new unit will cost. It needs to service up to 10 radiators 6 of which are upstairs.

Many thanks
