I’ve just finished my framing and taping my joists . I laid a couple of composite boards down to show the mrs how they look and even though it’s only a 4mm gap with the manufacturers designed clips I can see my joists through them. I do have OCD though so I am looking.
Anyway I’m not sure whether to weed membrane on top to hide them or below. I understand they need to breathe etc but does the tape not mitigate the risk the membrane on top poses ?
Any advise from someone who does this would be much appreciated
