Concrete Floor and Movement Next to Heating Pipes

Postby ttopp » Mon Jan 21, 2019 12:05 am

I dug out concrete from around heating pipes as there was some movement when stepped on. now I've notice theres more movement from the floor next to the heating pipes. it looks crumbly underneath the floor and next to an old pipe in the floor is where it seems unstable to.

Do I just dig out this moving bit and repair some concrete?

Any advice would be gratefully received
the movement is to this point where theres a pipe
the area that has movement
where the underside looks crumble and its cracked all along the hall/room threshold
I chipped alll the moving bits out
grey area where I first notice movement
