I am in the process of getting a new roof, and house rendered, and also getting new windows 13 in total and 3 doors.
Now in your expert opinion, which is the best to get done first, the roof and rendering or the windows. I am of the mind set the windows first, as in the process of removing the old windows the new rendering could be damaged, or cracked, even if it is just smooth finished up to the sills.. Both the roofing company, and window company favour doing theirs first, obviously..
