Conservatory Wall Seal Splitting at the Top but What Could be Causing it?

Postby Elles » Sat Feb 10, 2018 2:14 pm

Hi there, I have noticed the top of the corner wall join on one side of my conservatory has a gap forming between the two wall joins and air can be felt coming through. The wall split appears to have started at the top corner so I’m wondering if it’s due to the gutter leaking directly above the join or could be that one side wall of the conservatory has moved and is more serious?

Can anyone give their thoughts on the likely cause and whether just sealing up the gaps show be all that’s to be done or should I investigate it with a surveyor?

See pics, thanks in advance
