Crumbling brickwork in attic but should I be concerned?

Post by Tartan Paint » Mon Dec 21, 2020 5:31 pm

Hi there,

I've recently turned a roof space in our home into an attic storage space. In the process I discovered a wall up there has very crumbly brickwork and mortar.

I was wondering if from the pictures attached someone could tell me if it's cause for concern and it needs urgent attention? Is it something I could easily deal with or do I need a pro?

Thanks in advance!
