Crystal Fire gas Always Struggles to Ignite

Post by Lhayes » Sat Feb 02, 2019 10:27 am

Hi,

I have a crystal fire place which struggles to ignite every time we use it. Sometimes it can take up to 1 hour of trying and turning it off and on for it to finally go. Has anyone got any advice as to why? I’m going to attach some photos to show it trying to ignite, are the rocks too close?

90% of the time, the pilot or electrode will need cleaning. If overdue, get it serviced.
