I was wondering if anyone could offer some advice...
We have recently noticed some hairline cracks in the wall tiles of the bathroom. They are hardly visible when dry, but after a shower they show up along with darkened spots around them.
We've also noticed that a lot of the tiles further down the wall appear to have lost their glaze / sheen, and are almost dry to touch.
Does anybody know if the two issues are connected? and how big a problem either of these things are?
It's not our flat, we're renting and the owners will be back in January.
I've attached an image, although it's very hard to make out the cracks.
