The other night we had very heavy rain and my partner discovered a drip in the door way to our kitchen. Our landlady sent out someone who said the seal to the bathroom window above the doorway was broken and he thought rain had got in and run down to the doorway and was dripping out.
I'm not sure if he is correct as the damp in spreading all around the door way and into the door frame!
