there is light damp area which seems to be in the area where there soil pipe reaches the ground internally,there also seems to be some sort of mite infestation which seem to be removing minute particles of mortar,is it possible that there is a breach of damp course here?,could it possibly be the mites,as I do not believe there is a breach in the soil pipe,the skirting in this area is lightly damp. :roll:
