I'm hoping somebody can help me - I've noticed several damp stains along one side, under the bay window. The stains are above the skirting board in a crescent shape. I've looked outside and the ground immediately next to it is dry. There's also some stone cladding only on this side of the bay window underneath the sills.
We have a cellar underneath the living room so the floor is a wooden subfloor...
Does this sound like rising damp?
