Hi everyone, I could use some advise! We've noticed a dark patch appear on our bedroom wall as we've entered the winter months. It doesn't feel obviously damp, but it is much colder than other areas of the external wall. Although it's an old building (c. 100 years) I can't see any obvious cracks in the external wall.
Appreciate any thoughts or advise on how to repair this! Thanks!
Hi daire_mcc You will have solid walls and there may be some weakness in the wall construction so have a look and see if there is defective guttering above the damp patch. Regards S
