Dating a Piece of Timber From Code Printed on it

by Devonian » Mon Jan 21, 2019 8:24 am

Hello all,

I live in the UK and so I’d like to work out when some work was last done to my roof. A section of newer timbers have been used, one of which has the production letters/numbers stamped on it. I have a photo.

Can anyone decipher the code to tell me roughly when this wood was manufactured?

Many thanks,
D

That wood was not manufactured and none of the markings look anything like a date code.
You have a grade code and finish code.
