Defective roof even after being replaced?

Postby Marutks » Wed Jan 25, 2023 4:49 pm

Hello

My roof was recently replaced but it doesn't look right.
It looks like there is a gap between bricks and the roof.
Please see attached image.

Is it defective roof?

Hi marutks,
It not a defective roof, the installer has forgotten bedding mortar for the, under cloak boards. Better to get it done or birds will be nesting in your loft.
