Design Assistance, and RSJ's?

I am renovating a 120 year old church manse ,and have sufficient plans for permission applications . Does anyone lnow where I can online help for Building warrant applications , I do not have the luxury of local engineers , and need technical advice. RSJ and lintel callculations for example?

No corners can be cut with structural calculations IMHO. You must get it done properly if unable to do it yourself.

Try asking the LABC for help identifying a suitably qualified person in the vicinity.
