I have a detached brick built, single wall double garage about 1m from house. I would like to knock thro' from existing utility room, relocate the downstairs loo between house and garage with new access into garage from this small (3 sq metre extension).
The single skin garage wall will effectively become the outside wall of the house, with a step down into the garage.
Is this a problem or do I have to treat or alter garage wall over the 3 metre length adjoining the house ?
