Do you recognise this internal door hinge

I need to replace a couple of worn hinges and am struggling to find the name of them. They have a small clip the you lift with a flat blade screwdriver and the door slide out of the hinge fixed to the frame. Really a good idea and so simple to remove the door. Manny thanks in anticipation

I'm sure a 3" national hickman hinge will be a straight swop
