Just wondered if anyone had any thoughts on this half finsihed loft conversion? Its on a house that we're thinking of buying but obviously it needs a bit more work on it. It definitely needs a supported floor putting in (to support the ceilings below which are all cracked!).
Just wondered what the potential to have done is without putting a dormer on and possible costs.. any advice appreciated!
