Does anyone recognise this toilet syphon?

Hi there,

Our toilet syphon has been leaking for a while.

I finally got the courage up to detach it and it seems the bottom seal (lefthand side of picture) is knackered.

There is a picture of it - I couldn't attach it here as I can't work out how to make the file smaller - sorry.

Does anyone recognise this type of syphon to know where I can get a replacement part? I can't see anything online that looks similar.

I don't want to have to take the cistern off and replace the whole syphon, so I'm hoping that I can just replace the washer/seal.
