Door handle has come away from spindle

My front door handle has come off the spindle. Is anyone able to recommend how I would go about repairing/replacing it?

Hi sneakatron,
You will have one option - buy a new pair of handles. Measure the spindle to lock hole centres and fixing screw locations and search on line.
