Dormer Windows

Post by Moonraker » Sun Nov 16, 2008 6:29 pm

Hi, I have two flat roofed dormer windows that are covered with lead & built in 1920 they are now in need of replacing which i am tempted to do myself to keep costs down. My question is what thickness of lead should I use? And would it be ok to lay the new on to the old. Moonraker :?:
