Our downstairs toilet is blocked and we're baffled.
The plumber who fitted the toilet tried to unblock it using a plunger and that didn't work.
When we lifted the manhole cover we could see that water was flowing out slowly and the toilet would gradually drain down. We got a drain engineer to check the outside drain and his camera captured the image attached.
He was baffled as to what the white object is. It's not a rim toilet freshener as we don't use them.
Does anyone have any idea what it is and how we can resolve it?
