Hi all,

I have a problem with a couple of my pvc top windows no closing properly and creating a seal, this seal seems to not close fully at the top in both cases and because of that there is quite a draft and I can hear everything outside, I’ve included pics, as you can with a door, is there a way to adjust these hinges to tighten the seal?
