Drafts, condensation, mold, wet sills

Post by Housediy » Sat Dec 05, 2020 1:14 pm

Hello,
So i have horrendous condensation drafts with some damp patches around windows and spores and mould forming.
Its really driving me crazy. I feel like I have the dehumidifier on constantly. The wall exterior corners to the pvcu frames are freezing too... So cold... Putting heating on turns the windows and sills into a swimming pool. Even the silicone seal in the corners of the pvcu wont dry because it's so cold and condensated..... Any ideas on how to fix this and stop some or all of the above? I mean the pvcu windows don't even have air vents...... Also under the kitchen units which are at waist height is freezing when you open the doors.... At the back, after taking the under cupboard skirting off you can see bare walls... The drafts are unreal... Omg... Help and advice is very much appreciated thankyou
