Drawer Runners Old MFI Kitchen Units

Postby JBASport » Sat Nov 11, 2023 3:50 pm

I see there are a number of old postings on this subject, but the suggested links no longer work.

I have a 'Bavarian' range kitchen bought many years ago from MFI. The drawer runners are gradually giving up the ghost so need replacing. Unfortunately as the drawer runners were rebated into the middle of the drawer there is not much space between the drawer and unit side to fit surface mounted runners.

I have some images to explain what they look like. The runner length is 500mm.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi jbasport,
The only solution I have found is to buy drawer boxes which include sides and back to fit your units, check the internal width before you buy.
