I'm planning to dig all this out T-ing the path and building a retaining wall. Its in a 30 zone and the road is pretty narrow. I'm looking for a designer to help my planning application could anyone recommend a company? Also could you see an issue with me doing a drive, at the moment there's no parking unless you walk 100 meters up the road to a communal carpark but with two young children it's very dangerous as people speed all the time.
