I've just moved in and the heating/hot water makes a banging sound in the loft first thing in the morning. I have bleed the rads and checked that none of the pipes are loose but did notice that the feed pipe is fitted before the vent pipe at the boiler. Could this be the problem. The boiler is in the garage and has a horizontal run of about 3-4 yards into the house at first floor level.
I would appreciate any help.
