What is the best way to remove ant-shatter plastic film from a small window? The plastic film has been put on using adhesive which is nearly - but not completely - dry?

Also, how long should it take glazing putty to dry out so that it can be painted?

Never had to do it but probably a window scraper similar to if you Google "decoratingdirect.co.uk/viewprod/l/LINWS/"

Depends on the weather conditions TBH. It doen't need to completely dry out. Just wait until it has a reasonable skin on it.
