First Light in Circuit not Working in Small Converted Trailer?

by embecmom2 » Thu Dec 05, 2019 1:13 pm

Hi I have a small converted trailer which has 2 light circuits running into a dual switch (one switch for lights in wall / one switch for light in ceiling).

My wall lights have 2 separate lights, but the first one on this circuit is not working ( the other is) .. I believe that this light has the feed from the consumer unit so is first on the circuit. I have replaced the bulb/the light fittings/rewired to ensure all wires are not loose, checked the switch itself which looks fine (l1 and com not loose). Not sure what this could be unless one of the neutral / live wires is damaged somewhere... any pointers would be grateful.

It depends how they are wired as to what to do next. I would use a multi meter to find out what is and is not live.
