Fitting Corner Shower Unit and Building a False Wall

Hi,
Currently modernising bathroom. Removed old bath and sink and plan on fitting corner shower unit. All going well until I realized that the pipes to feed shower are gonna need concealing. I'd prefer to use battens and board but open to advice.
