Flagstone flooring problem

by Blelack2 » Mon Jul 06, 2009 12:42 am

Hi
Just moved into an old georgian house with a back room & hallway that has flagstone flooring. Looks wonderful but seems to be damp when the weather is wet. Wondering if there is any product that can be used to seal them to stop the damp?
Unable to remove floor but so far the flooring has made rug damp : (
Any help gratefully accepted
Thanks

Blelack2,
I think you are stuck with keeping the flags uncovered and ventilating the hall and back room.
